They can be placed without extensive surgery and are relatively painless. In most cases, mini implants can be placed in about 1 hour. Your existing denture can be modified to fit over the mini implants which will give you the comfort of eating almost anything you like. If you are missing teeth, we can usually place the mini implant and a crown or bridge in one visit in about 1 hour.
